Mr. Dylla Welcomes You To The USC AG/FFA

I have been a nearly lifelong resident of the USC community. I was born and raised on a family farm 5 miles north of Wells. I graduated from Wells-Easton High School in 1982. I attended Iowa State University and earned a B.S. degree in Agricultural Education in 1986. In 2007, I received my Masters of Education Degree from the University of Minnesota.

I took a brief detour from the ag industry from 1986 to 1991. I lived in Des Moines, Iowa for 5 years and worked in the electronics and automotive industries as a salesperson.

I began my teaching career in January of 1992 at Wells-Easton. In the Fall of 1992, the USC School District was born. I have greatly enjoyed my close connection and ties to the community.

I am married to my wife Janet and have 2 children; Whitney (Married to Mike-2012) and Dustin (Junior at SDSU). I spend a great deal of my "free time" with my family. I also enjoy golfing, playing softball and watching sports.
