Jay Jacobsen
This will be my sixth year teaching here at USC High School. I will be teaching 2 sections of Algebra Topics and 3 sections of Geometry.

I received my BA in mathematics at the University of West Georgia. I then attended Minnesota State University to receive my teaching license for mathematics, grades 5-12.

I had the pleasure of student teaching here at USC in the Spring of 2008. From there I taught a year in Red Wing, substitute taught for 1 1/2 years in Farmington, and was a long-term math substitute in Forest Lake.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me using the information below. I'm looking forward to having a wonderful and fun 2015-2016 school year!
